Where will my picnic take place?
We can come to your home, Airbnb, or vacation rental — or help you choose a beautiful location here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. From scenic overlooks to peaceful riversides and grassy meadows, we know the area well and are happy to recommend the perfect spot for your experience.
What do I need to bring to the picnic?
Nothing at all! We provide full setup, styling, and cleanup. Just show up, relax, and enjoy.
What’s included in each picnic?
Every package includes our signature chic low picnic table or minimalist table alternative, floor seating, premium décor, beverage pairing suited to your occasion, and a curated atmosphere tailored to the experience you choose. Do you provide food with the picnic?
We do not prepare or serve food ourselves, but we're happy to help coordinate it! You're welcome to bring your own, or we can arrange pickup from one of our trusted local partners — including restaurants, bakeries, or small businesses offering artisanal boards and treats. We'll discuss your preferences and pricing during booking to find the perfect fit.
Can you accommodate dietary needs or special requests?
Yes! Let us know any dietary restrictions or preferences when booking, and we’ll do our best to customize your grazing options.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
We monitor weather closely and will work with you to reschedule your picnic or move it to an indoor location if available. Your comfort and safety come first.
Do you offer indoor picnics or indoor event planning?
Yes! Indoor picnics are a cozy alternative during colder months, and we also offer event planning and styling for intimate celebrations indoors or out — perfect for homes, rentals, or boutique venues.
How long does each picnic last? Can I add more time?
Our picnics are designed as 2-hour experiences. You can add extra time for $50/hour if you’d like a longer gathering — just let us know when booking.
I don't see exactly what I'm looking for. Can you create something custom?
Absolutely! Every event we design is personal, and we love bringing new ideas to life. If you don't see a package or style that fits your vision, just reach out. We're happy to create a custom experience just for you!
Do you charge travel fees?
We service the High Country region. A travel fee may apply for locations outside our core service area — we’ll let you know when you inquire.
Can I bring my pet?
We love furry friends! Pets are welcome at private property locations and some public spots — just check with us ahead of time so we can help plan accordingly.
Do you offer proposals, birthdays, or other special events?
Absolutely! We’re here to help you celebrate any special occasion — from proposals and anniversaries to baby showers, birthdays, or anything meaningful to you. We can tailor your experience with themed décor, signage, or extras. Browse our add-ons or reach out for custom ideas.
Do you provide alcohol?
We do not provide alcohol, but you're welcome to bring your own. Some public locations may have restrictions — we’ll guide you on what’s allowed at your chosen spot.
Do you support local causes or businesses?
Absolutely! Every booking gives back. You'll choose a charity category during your consultation, and we'll donate a portion of your event to a local organization doing great work. We also proudly support our community by sourcing flowers, food, and decor from local farms, artisans, and small businesses across the High Country.
